Una estafa gigantesca, al final no hubo unidades, tuve que cancelar la reservación y hasta la fecha no me atienden mí me han reembolsado nada, ya va más de una semana, no atienden en el tel de servicios a clientes, ni en redes sociales, no recomiendo reservar con ellos nunca. Fui otra clienta más que no pudo tener su coche, pese a haber pagado y reservado con días de aticipación. La misma historia: que no hay unidades disponibles, que espere sin ninguna seguridad. Finalmente solicité un reembolso, han pasado 5 días y aún no recibo nada. El servicio al cliente es pésimo! (actualización) Ya van a ser 4 semanas desde que solicité el reembolso y aun nada, ni siquiera se han comunicado conmigo. Por lejos el peor servicio al cliente que me ha tocado en mi vida. Solicitas Reembolso y te lo devuelven en 10 - 15 dias si bien te va... HERTZ LA PEOR ARRENDADORA DE AUTOS EN CDMX!!!! Jamas vuelvo a intentar rentar un auto en HERTZ ni en Mexico ni en ninguna otra parte del mundo! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Reservations and payments in advance.
