★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me hicieron ir con reservación y cuando llego resulta que no tenían el carro. No fueron capaz de llamar para avisar y no hacerme perder el tiempo. No pierdan su tiempo con esta gente informal.
Terrible service. They made me go with a reservation and when I arrived it turns out that they did not have the car. They were not able to call to advise and not waste my time. Don't waste your time with these casual people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammed me out of over $600 and did not honor my reservation price. Hertz in the US refused to help even though the reservation was made on their site. Don't trust the lady that runs this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prebooked with other company that became shifty and tried to charge me 3 time the pre-booked rate. I walked away and went to Hertz. They listened to my complaint and provided me a slightly better car for a slightly lower rate.
Laughs and lots of humor during the process. All In all a great experience.
