Very unprofessional clerks here. I would recommend go to the rental agency directly instead of finish the pickup process here. They just want you to pay the money ASAP...

Worst experience possible. The car we ordered was not available. Offered a smaller one at same price. Daily insurance was $80/day. Never again.

BEWARE! I went to this place and rented a compact car, at first everything went very well, they had good prices and the process was very easy. When I went to pick up the car, they inspected the car and documented all the previous damage that the car had. However, they only check the body of the car and never checked the wheels. So, when I returned the car they "found" damage to one of the wheels (of course the inspection when I returned the car was nothing similar compared to the inspection when they gave me the car) and accused me of changing the wheel and the tire of the car (??!!!) And because of that they charge me 114 dollar from the deposit (it's worth to note that when I rented the car I purchased an insurance that covered 80% of all damages, so I guess that replacing the wheel had a cost of 570 dollars?!!!). I filed a report but at the end its their word against mine and the person that inspected the car and value the damage works for them so it's their word against mine.... so be careful when you rent a car in Mexico and take a bunch of pictures of EVERYTHING of the car before you receive it

If you make your reservation with big promo discounts, usually they will not give you the car or they will give you another one at full price. The local manager always pushes their team to sell you insurances and the full prices vehicles claiming they don't have cars. However the cars are always good looking and kind of new.

They always tried to upgrade your car reservation with the argument that you choice is not in their inventory... How come?! If the reservation was made days before!!!

Run away! They are a scam, We booked a car and paid for our insurance through our work company and they did not want to honor the insurance. Even when the insurance agent verify they did cover them. They wanted $20,000 nonrefundable insurance or $1 usd. Worst experience ever.The manager David wouldnt even speak to the insurance company. I dont know why Hertz even allows his customers to be taken advantage? Also the 5 star reviews are from their own staff! So don't be mislead!They are forced to do this by their mamanger

RUN AWAY. They will not honor the reservation. I reserved a car two months ahead. When I got to this place, I was told that they did not have the car I requested and that I needed to wait until one was available. I requested a 7 passenger car and I was told that they will "honor" the reservation by giving a mini-cooper. How in the world would I fit 7 passengers in that car? Other people came to the counter and amazingly there were available cars for them. I waited for 4 hours before giving up on them and I went with another company.

DO NOT USE!!! I got charged 600$ USD more than what I agreed upon arrival. They slap 20 different charges at the end of the trip and force you to sign eveything. Not even associated to Hertz Cooperation in in USA so they can't do anything about. SCAM
