 They rent vehicles that they don't have, and they hand them over saying that "they are higher category cars," I don't even recommend as a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave us the a van when we reserved an suv , took forever to get vehicle and had a 2,000 credit card hold , and car wasn’t even ready cause they had to “clean it”. Waited and extra thirty minutes just to get out of airport.
