Pésimo, haces tu reservación via su página de Internet y te sale una clave y el monto a pagar y realmente es un monto atractivo, cotice un versa y por dos días serian 1500 aproximadamente llega el día que tenia que ir por el carro y te meten un seguro y otros gastos y con eso llegaba hasta 5300 ,pero lo peor es que no dice nada su página de Internet respecto a estos cargos, uno llega confiado y se triplica el precio, Pésimo servicio, no te dan toda la información y a la hora de sacar el carro te aumentan el precio horrible. Para nada recomendable y lo peor de todo es que uno va confiado de que tendrá el carro el tiempo que lo ibas a necesitar.
Terrible, you make your reservation via their website and you get a key and the amount to pay and it really is an attractive amount, I quote a versa and for two days it would be approximately 1500, the day I had to go for the car and they put you insurance and other expenses and with that it reached up to 5300, but the worst thing is that their website does not say anything about these charges, one arrives confident and the price is tripled, Terrible service, they do not give you all the information and on time taking out the car increases the horrible price. Not at all recommended and the worst of all is that you are confident that you will have the car for as long as you are going to need it.

Pésimo servicio. Se tardaron más de 1 hora para atenderme, a pesar de que ya había pagado y hecho reserva en Internet. Me dieron otro carro. Te meten un seguro sin preguntar y terminas con una pésima experiencia.
Terrible service. They took more than 1 hour to serve me, even though I had already paid and made a reservation on the Internet. They gave me another car. They put you insurance without asking and you end up with a terrible experience.

Staff were friendly, but I'm surprised that it's more expensive to rent here than in the USA. The impression I got was that the company here is more focused on getting money out of your pocket than helping you.

Worst service ever...they did not have any cars available when I showed up, even though I had reserved several days in advance. Had to wait almost an hour for them to bring an old dirty with worn out tires. Do not rent at this location! Go to Bajo Puente Churubusco instead...

Such a bad service!!! I'm so impressed by the lax of commitment. I called December 24 for information, try to reserve on the 25 and it was closed. Finally try on the 26 and the price almost double!!!! Same car, same deal. The were so rude, so I asked to speak with a supervision, the said yes and then hang out.

Do not rent from Hertz in Mexico - they will massively overcharge you, have terrible service and when you attempt to get clarity on their overcharging they will ignore your questions. Just stay away. I will no longer be renting from Hertz after this experience - I gave them more than a month to respond to my questions and concerns before posting this, they failed to respond.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! had a reservation and actually called in to confirm the same day that there would be available cars and was told there where by representative in their customer service line, once i arrived at the office i was told there where none! and even worse they told me there was not a single car available in the whole city! they plainly told me they had no communication with other Hertz offices and that there wouldn't be any more cars for the day. GREAT! JUST RUINED OUR WHOLE WEEKEND!!!! When i called in to report this situation the agent could not care less about my situation! I was simply told they had no cars since the day before and all of their employees knew that! When i requested a supervisor i was told there was no supervisor! and when requesting for their supervisor to call me back i was told again it was not possible that i would have to call again! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME CHECKING THIS COMPANY! Would rate 0 if i could!

Nice people, but it is such a shame than Hertz displays fake prices and cars on internet... The Hertz employee that I met was sorry too about this horrible system. Hertz advertises some cars and prices that are not available, and you figure it out when you go to the shop to pick up your car and you are asked to pay 3-4...10 times the original price. I left and rented somewhere else and when I tried to get the money back to the card you’re stuck with a phone loop and no customer service person available. I had to call my bank to do a chargeback.
