★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service. Like many before have said i think they need more cars. Originally booked a volkswagen passat but they were out of cars except a bmw. Not complaining about the free upgrade but something to be aware of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation for 8 am but had to push it back two hours. We called and were told it was no problem. When we arrived to get our car at 10 am they said the reservation was never changed and they didn't have any cars available for us. So we had to wait until 2 pm to get a car. However, the one they had ready for us couldn't go to Mexico City which was where we were going so we had to get another car which wasn't clean and had to wait for them to get gas. The car was not very well maintained which made it slower and less comfortable to drive. They also charged us extra for the cleaning of the car when we got back. The good parts are that the service at the location was good, and their gas prices are lower than the ones at the gas stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to charge you full of additional charges. And finally I had to give up the car and get knocked out without a car and they ruined my vacation plans. For your own good, do not rent from this branch.
