Absolute robbery. They lie about everything. When you book one of their cars, they force tot to upgrade. They also dont say anything about security deposits. Never book from this location or any other Hertz affiliated company!!! There customer service is terrible too through the phone no support at all, they just shirk the blame.

This place is a Total scam they never Explain to me when the car needs to be returned charge me for an extra day also I fueled up the vehicle completely and they still charge me for full tank of gas scammers scammers scammers beware don’t rent cars from this place… After trying to contact customer service hertz. They told me they have no customer service so I have to dispute it with credit card company whatever you do don’t let cars from them especially if you’re a tourist.....

I have been a Gold Client since 1990s (When I checked Hertz app) I got a car that was $12.5 US Dlls, I thought wow that is a good price, but then when I was getting the car, the guy on the counter started to add hidden costs, the price went up a lot it ended costing me $578 pesos that are in today currency exchange $30 US, it is still cheap but not what it says at the app, in the beginning, I did not get any insurance because I am using the AMEX card and they have a service to skip the insurance on rentals, without this and adding the insurance the price on the rental was way more than double on what the app said. We took the car out and drive and came back (same day, just one day) all was fine, when we got back at Hertz, the guy at the counter told me that he had to check the car and I let him (it never crossed my mind what was about to happen), I deliver the car like it was given to me at the beginning of the day. The employee went and checked the car, he came back and told me that a hubcap was lost, I checked the car it was fine, my friends and me at that moment were in disbelief at that moment we told him to his face: "Sir, you must have taken off, the car was in perfect condition" (our mistake was let him go to check the car without us), lesson learned you must go with him to check the car at the same time so he can´t play with corruption and charge you something that was not there. We told him that he took it off and then he did not know what to do and he told us that will be fine like that 8he knew we catch him) (I asked how much should I pay for the cap, I think he was expecting 10 or 20 of tip so he did not say anything, I did not give him money I ask how much so he can charge it to my credit card, he did not want to charge the incident on the credit card, he wanted money so after I insisted to make the charge on the Credit Card he let it go. I think he was a corrupt guy and wanted fast cash, without recording on the Credit Card. Then at the counter closing the rental day, he tried to charge more (but in the morning before using the car I asked the guy in the morning what was the amount I should pay when I deliver the car and he told me and gave me a copy of the exact amount I had to pay in the night) it was $578 pesos. This corrupt guy started to add charges and then I tell him that the morning guy gave me a price and he gave me a note with the price then he did not know how to charge me more, at that time he tried to charge me more on the gas he also told me that I had to pay $1,500 pesos for the day about $83 dollars, I guess that if I was a distracted tourist I will go for the thing without looking but this is obviously a rip off trying to get distracted tourist in to the Mexican Corruption, this is so BAD! Hertz International should put attention on companies in other countries that are using its trademark that do this kind of bad things to their clients (I add the images I took, where I can explain on detail all that happened)

never again!! if you have booked a car, this doesnt mean that you get this car! Hertz employee: "It is Cancun and peak season!" Therefore we have to book a hotel and stay one more night in Cancun, however we get a much better car next day from ALAMO, which I can highly recommend to book directly with this serious & friendly company!

Please BE AWARE DON’T RENT ANY VEHICLE HERE! They are scammers they keep charging your credit days after you close the contract. I called them, emailed them and even called the Hotel where I get the referral and no body answer. Please go anywhere else but here. Im filling a fraud report right now with my bank here in the US but If you want to avoid yourself a big scam don’t use them! PLS! They have charge us over $1,546 us dlrs for a 3 day sedan rental contract. RUN AWAY! I’m also going to complain at corporate office. Since there’s no way to communicate with no one at this location.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! These guys are scammers!! They gave us an economy class car for a price of a high end car. Once all the fees are added up, you will end up paying three times more! They try to get even more money from you once you return it! Seriously, with so many same experiences here, this business should have been reported or closed for good. The whole scamming part leaves a bad taste about Mexico.

The most awful company we have ever dealt with. Booked a car online for 2 days, planned an entire day trip and getting back to the airport with the car booking being how we did it all. Got up at 7am to be there for opening and when we arrived we were told they had our booking but no car. No solution to the problem just said the car is not available they had already rented it out. Absolutely ruined our plans and they didn't even seem to care. We will not be using Hertz again.
