Cabe destacar que la reservación la había hecho por internet y nada de lo que dijo el agente concordaba con el precio estimado por la App.

Almost a month after the rental car came back and they still haven't returned my deposit. I call customer service, it rings, and then the call is disconnected. The longest a transaction like this should take 15 days. And it goes beyond that.
