★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No line for pick-up, process was completed in 5 minutes. The rental car was in perfect condition and waiting for us just outside the terminal. Small dents were clearly indicated in the contract. No line for the return, no extra charges, good service, van from rental office to terminal was quick. Great experience at competitive prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The desk agents were nice, but they rush you through the service and add a lot of extras onto the bill. Everything was in Spanish so I didn"t catch it. I only asked for basic insurance and they put premium insurance, premium road side service and premium service. What should have been a $200 bill turned into a $400+ bill. I will not be using Hertz Mexico again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was fine, no issues. The bad part is the insurance they make you obtain, its more expensive than the rental. When we turned the car they said a tire had a bump and the insurance didn't cover it. We checked the car not the tires, feel like we got scammed!!!! Lesson learned

I have rented cars for work on a daily basis since I began traveling in 2009.
I have never met a group of people that work in the service industry that is more interested in taking advantage of people like this establishment.
I was quoted at $700 pesos a day and when I was checking out it ended up being $1800 pesos a day and they couldnt explain why it changed so much. There are so many other options, go with them and avoid urself a head ache. I would give negative stars if I could.
