★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a diferencia de otras ciudades este HERTZ no tiene sucursal dentro del aeropuerto, tienes que llamar a que vayan por ti, tardan de 15 a 30 minutos ya que siempre estan cortos de personal, espero que mejoren ya que desde el 2017 para hoy (oct 2018) siempre ha sido un batallar, PD. este es HERTZ AVASA, dentro del aeropuerto hay un "hertz" pero no es el de cadena.
Unlike other cities, this HERTZ does not have a branch within the airport, you have to call for them to come for you, they take 15 to 30 minutes since they are always short of staff, I hope they improve since from 2017 to today (Oct 2018 ) has always been a battle, PS. this is HERTZ AVASA, inside the airport there is a "hertz" but it is not the chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ES UNA EMPRESA FRAUDOLENTA. NO ESTA LIGADA A HERTZ Y SE QUEDAN CON TU RETENCION DE SEGURO. TE LO COBRAN A TU TARJETA Y NO RESPONDEN.
IT IS A FRAUDOLENT COMPANY. IT IS NOT LINKED TO HERTZ AND THEY REMAIN WITH YOUR INSURANCE RETENTION. THEY CHARGE IT TO YOUR CARD AND DO NOT RESPOND.
