★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent from somewhere else if you can. This location is terrible. It’s very difficult/dangerous to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff is friendly but not very good at their jobs. It took 5 employees 45 minutes to figure out how to add insurance onto my rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hawful experience called to mention plane was delayed explained the documentation...agent suggested to change reservation under my girlfriend and had to be paid , we paid and at the office they said it was needed full coverage...so we wasted time ...lady at phone never explained it was necessary full coverage all this despite having paid in advance....now are dealing to request reimbursement and let's see how many days they delay to give it back....bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located just a few blocks from the Hermosillo airport. They usually have nice cars ready to go. Be careful that they don't charge you for an upgrade without telling you.
