★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hertz tiene algunos puntos a favor por ser una de las empresas más antiguas y tradicionales en renta de carros. Ciertamente no piden un voucher abultado como pasa con otras empresas y tienen oficina dentro de área de llegadas del aeropuerto. Como punto en contra, puedo citar que la oficina no tenía ni sillones ni sillas, y la relación calidad precio tampoco fue la mejor.
Hertz has some points in favor for being one of the oldest and most traditional car rental companies. They certainly do not ask for a bulky voucher as happens with other companies and have an office within the airport arrivals area. As a point against, I can mention that the office had neither armchairs nor chairs, and the price-quality ratio was not the best either.

Never rent here. It is a total fraud. They don't want to give the car you rented, they don't offer a solution. A waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegué con reserva pagada, el personal me amedrentó diciendo que Acapulco estaba muy fuerte el robo de autos y golpes que le daban a los autos rentados, ya que quería que pagara el seguro de cobertura amplia 5900 y había pagado por el auto 1700, todavia tuvo el descaro de enviarme a otra compañía del aeropuerto para rentar a precio más alto de lo que ya había pagado.
Terrible service, I arrived with a paid reservation, the staff intimidated me saying that Acapulco was very strong in car theft and hits that they gave to rented cars, since they wanted me to pay the 5900 wide coverage insurance and had paid for the car 1700 , still had the nerve to send me to another airport company to rent at a higher price than what I had already paid.

Rent (pay) a car a week in advance, we arrive and they say they don't have cars. They do not give a solution and do not make a refund. A shame.
