★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio!, reserve un vehiculo e hice prepago del mismo, al momento de llegar a recoger la unidad me indican que no tenian vechiculos disponibles y que su politica indicaba que dependian de disponibilidad, asi que no solo me dejaron sin mi viaje, tambien me cobraron una renta que no recibi y solo me dirigieron a una pagina que a la fecha no me da respuesta para mi reembolso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only gets one star for the car. Was charged an extra $500 pesos for "extra" time we had the car. They said 2 hours. Was told when we rented the car we had until 3pm to have the car back. Will NOT be renting from these scam artists again. I do NOT recommend.
