★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked and paid online. When I came to the store, no car was available. No solution was offered and I finally had to cancel my trip plans... This is a low standing company with poor processes and no client service. DON T LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, you reserve a car and when you get there they don't have it so they offer a bigger one but try to make you pay the difference. They also insist in making you pay extra insurance that costs almost the same as your rental, lying about the implications of no taking it. Be prepared for when you return the car, cause they'll try to find any detail to charge you extra. Hertz Mexico it's really the worst rental car experience along all the countries where it's present, i hope they bankrupt sooner than later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam! Don't do it. Trust the reviews. Jorge Olivo left us waiting 30 minutes and when he finally attended to us, he didn't have the car and wanted us to pay double. We asked for a refund and he told us to call, spent another 20 minutes waiting on hold. This location is a joke, as we were waiting we read the horrible reviews and it turned out to be 100% accurate. Go to National, hope these frauds go out of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a car online, when I showed up the price had tripled from what was on my reservation. Additionally, they did not have the car I had reserved, they only had a super tiny and slow one. I really hated to give them my money, but I needed the car right then. If you can avoid this place you should.

When we arrived to the agency, they wanted to charge us 1400 for insurance coverage, while the cost on website was about 11$ per day.
We have canceled the order due to this scam..
We have heard about scams like these, but never imagined it would happen with Hertz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a horrible experience. We showed up, they told us that we rented a manual car despite showing them Our reservation that we had indeed rented an automatic. Then they tried to charge us an extra 50 dollars for the automatic car. Then when I refused to pay that and showed them our reservation, they told me that they did not have the car and they couldn’t help us despite minutes earlier having it…. I would not recommend this place and honestly I am extremely disappointed at Hertz for failing to help when we called them to try to resolve the issue.
