Hertz - 42092 Pachuca de Soto

Hola, buenas tardes. quiero comentar el pésimo servicio que recibí hace unos días, ya que reserve con pago anticipado y cuando llegue al aeropuerto la oficina de Hertz Hermosillo estaba cerrada, al contactar a la ejecutiva me comento que no tenían autos y que esperara hasta el siguiente día.

Excelente lugar para rentar el automovil, todos super atentos y buena onda, costo bien la renta de el automóvil, lo recomiendo un monton, hasta me llevaron a terminal de autobuses sin costo 100% recomendado, volvere a rentar ahi

Desafortunadamente sin ganas de instalarse, recién abren y por más amabilidad que demuestre el personal a cargo, los precios que ofertan se encuentran excesivamente fuera de la realidad. Lo que regularmente en otras ciudades vale una semana de renta, en Pachuca lo cobran por un día, aplica a cualqier tipo de vehículo.

Pésimo! Realicé la reservación por internet y realicé el pago con más de 10 días de anticipación, al llegar a Hertz a recoger la unidad, ésta ya no estaba disponible porque al haber demanda de autos le rentaron al primero que llegó sin respetar mi reserva PAGADA, realmente muy mal porque ya tenía planes y ahora toca cambiar todo a la mera hora ????

Pésima experiencia. Rentamos una unidad, se hizo la reservación y al final nos "cambiaron" la unidad por una más cara.

Pésimo..... Para empezar impuntuales, no abren a las 9 am. Realizas tu reservacion en línea con su "código de descuento" y cuando llegas, resulta que no tienen el auto que reservaste, el monto a pagar en la reservacion todavía le falta incluir el "seguro" de $1,500 por día. Cuando en la página, ni en la reservacion se menciona. Nadas más nos hicieron perder el tiempo en ir a dar la vuelta hasta pachuca.

We thought it was the batteries and we tried all but nothing helped. So we called Hertz and they sent a technician who only confirmed that it was not the batteries and he couldn't do anything. So we called the Hertz Hotline again and they told us to go back to the station by taxi to cancel the contract and get the money back. When we arrived at the station the employee there told us that "it is impossible that the car is broken" and he was angry with us that we came to his station because we should wait there at the car for a towing truck. Nobody ever told us that. And he couldn't do anything for us...he will cancel the contract and return the money once the car is towed here. So we returned to the car to the place of our appartement by taxi again and in that very moment we saw the towing truck driving away. We called the HERTZ Hotline and they blamed us now that we were not there. So waiting for one more hour they send another towing truck to get the broken car and I had to go with the towing truck to the station to do the cancellation. There they couldn't believe their eyes that their car was really broken. They let me wait one more hour to do the cancellation. So after all we wasted 7 hours, unable to do our trip. Just to return an expensive and broken rental car. And they promised us that they will return the money to my account in 24-48 hours. In reality it happened after 8 days.
