★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, reserve un coche y no lo tenían listo, y me dijeron que en 3 horas entregaban uno y ese me podían asignar, pero al llegar otras personas y poderles cobrar más de dos veces lo que iba a pagar yo, me cancelaron mi entrega y me dijeron que hasta otro día habría coches disponibles.
Very bad attention, I reserved a car and they didn't have it ready, and they told me that in 3 hours they would deliver one and that they could assign me, but when other people arrived and I was able to charge them more than twice what I was going to pay, they canceled my delivery and they told me that until another day there would be cars available.

Terrible service in every way. Abusive policies, very high costs, poor treatment and no accessibility. Better rent outside with Best and EcoCar, much better service and reasonable costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA ATENCIÓN, llame porque no me han regresado mi deposito, el carro fue devuelto hace más de una semana. El chico que me atendió por teléfono fue grosero. Hay que esperar más de 5 minutos para que alguien responda el teléfono. No nos entregaron el auto por el cual habíamos hecho la reserva, y aun asi mantuvieron el mismo costo. Algo más solo hay una persona que habla inglés en el módulo de atención. Así que cuando llega un extranjero es difícil comunicarse. Costoso y mal servicio. Ojalá pueda recuperar mi deposito.
AWFUL ATTENTION, call because they have not returned my deposit, the car was returned more than a week ago. The guy who answered me on the phone was rude. You have to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They did not give us the car for which we had made the reservation, and even so they kept the same cost. Something else there is only one person who speaks English in the attention module. So when a foreigner arrives it is difficult to communicate. Expensive and bad service. Hopefully I can get my deposit back.

Terrible service, you would not recommend it, especially that one at the Tepic airport, very bad customer service and they charge you whatever they want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could give this location a zero, I would. They took forever to give us our rental car. Previous rentals that we have gotten from this location have been canceled. Horrible customer service. They need a better system and prioritize the customers that reserved a car beforehand.
