Quando estou voltando me manda mensagem dizendo que está fora do metrô me esperando. Não passam nem no hotel para levar nem dão endereço da oficina para buscar-los caso algo dê errado. Recomendo se você quiser estragar o planejamento de sua subida à montanha. Um fracasso.
Very weak and unprofessional. They arranged to meet me at the door of a subway, which is already debatable. I said how I was, where I was and I was waiting for an hour. When I'm coming back he sends me a message saying he's out of the subway waiting for me. They don't even stop by the hotel to take them or give them a workshop address to pick them up in case something goes wrong. I recommend it if you want to spoil the planning of your ascent to the mountain. A failure.

I was a bit concerned booking this climb from Hungary, but my experience were all positive. I recommend this company if you plan mountaineerring in Mexico.
