Upon arrival, the room was gross, hair was everywhere in Bathroom. The elevator only holds a capacity of five people. Everyone else has to take the steps.
E	E. Sonier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty and noisy hotel. There is a bar on the roof and you can hear the music from the room. It was dusty. The towels were old. The fan seemed like it was going to fall off, we had to turn it off. You can hear the noise from all the traffic outside. The only plus was the location and staff was friendly.

Negative: It's supposed that the restaurant starts to work at 7:00 am and by the 8:00 am I couldn't take breakfast. The hot water delays a lot to comes out so it's a big problem in this cold season..

Negative: The location is great, however it's quite noisy since it's on a busy Avenue, so there're always cars whizzing by, or buses and their noisy engines. Sound proof windows would be great. The food in the Sky garden isn't that good..

After checking in and spending a few minutes in the room, I realized it had a really strong smell of fumigation, the kind of fumigation they would used to treat bedbugs. I did not find any bedbugs in my bed, but the smell was too much to bear, so I went to the front desk to check out and try to get a refund. The front desk representative was very drunk and was stumbling around unable to really be of much assistance. He told me I would have to speak with booking about getting a refund. He refused to give me the contact info of a manager.
