La higiene del lugar varía un poco ya que he ido en algunas ocasiones y el piso en donde tienen el hielo esta un poco sucio, pero esto solo ha sucedido en alguna de las muchos ocasiones que he ido.

Hoy, incluso llamamos para confirmar el pedido porque ya era tarde y no queríamos que nos dejaran esperando una vez más, dijeron que venían en camino y nuevamente no llegaron. En verdad, deberían elegir mejor a su personal o tomarse en serio su trabajo, no importa que solo repartan agua, háganlo bien, no sean mediocres!
The service is rubbish! This is the third time I ask for water from El Rosedal Fractionation and they don't come. Today, we even called to confirm the order because it was already late and we didn't want to be left waiting again, they said they were on their way and again they didn't. In truth, they should choose their staff better or take their work seriously, it doesn't matter if they only deliver water, do it well, don't be mediocre!
