★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo, solo aceptan tarjetas en la entrada principal, el personal es muy grosero, las instrucciones de ingreso a los camiones son muy poco claras y no se hace mucho para evitar aglomeraciones, comparado con otras centrales como la de San Felipe o la de León esta es muy mala, recomendable solo si te urge un camión, si no lo mejor es ir a la estación de al lado.
The service is very bad, they only accept cards at the main entrance, the staff is very rude, the instructions to enter the trucks are very unclear and not much is done to avoid crowds, compared to other centrals such as San Felipe or the one in León is very bad, recommended only if you need a truck, otherwise it is best to go to the station next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo pedí el servicio de primera plus y no fue el asignado, el trayecto tuvo una duración de 4:45 hrs y todo el tiempo tuvimos que escuchar musica de si te vas me mato y si no también. Ni siquiera hubo de otro tipo (baladas, rock, cumbias etc)
