Si alguien va a pagar 3 millones o más, cabría esperar que la casa se diferencie en algo más que los acabados de la fachada de la casa del vecino. Además, el terrible olor del río es imposible de ignorar. El residencial tiene salón de eventos y alberca, el mantenimiento es de 800 pesos mensual hasta 2019.
 The houses are exactly the same. If someone is going to pay 3 million or more, one would expect the house to differ in more than the finishes of the facade of the neighbor's house. In addition, the terrible smell of the river is impossible to ignore. The residential has an events room and pool, maintenance is 800 pesos monthly until 2019.
