No podiamos ingresar a las instalaciones ni un minuto antes. Entiendo las normas pero hay formas de hacer las cosas. Muy groseros, irrespetuosos e inconscientes. La administración en lugar de hacer algo al respecto actúa de la misma manera que el personal. Jamás regresaré. Terrible treatment and attention from the administration and security personnel in the lobby and access booth super rude overbearing My children and I were kicked out for entering a few minutes before check-in time. We couldn't enter the facility even a minute earlier. I understand the rules but there are ways to do things. Very rude, disrespectful and unconscious. The administration instead of doing something about it acts in the same way as the staff. I will never return.
K	Kevin Fuentes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy lindo con la seguridad y los accesos muy controlados, las amenidades son muy prácticas, el gimnasio está muy bien aunque le faltan cosas en cuestión de peso/barras, es más como pera hacer cardio y algunas máquinas, la vista es súper linda, la piscina es bella y casi nunca hay gente. It is a very nice place with very controlled security and access, the amenities are very practical, the gym is very good although it lacks things in terms of weight/bars, it is more like doing cardio and some machines, the view is super nice, the pool is beautiful and there are almost never people.
