★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought this would be a nice place for our final dinner in Colima; we were sorely disappointed. The view of Plaza Libertad is good; we saw the sunset on the volcano which was nice. But the margaritas were poor and the food was very slow to come; it was overcooked and / or cold, quite expensive and tasted terrible. We won't return next time we are in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first - views from the balcony are indisputably a selling point.
Pretty popular with locals on the weekends and the entertainment might range from awesome cheesy international pop to karaoke (a la Oscar Wilde, anyone can sing, here it is done with feeling) to perhaps rarely a nice live act.
The food is not to everyone's taste apparently, but I find the quality and price passable. Definitely not the best of either.
Atmosphere will likely be loud (music on balcony side, sports inside; if there's an important game or fight you can watch here) but not much different other than musical genre from places around the main square (Jardín Libertad).
