★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La publicidad es engañosa, su producto no sirve, terminé en PROFECO y en Justicia Alternativa del TSJDF. Hidrocell nunca se presentó a dar la cara en ninguna Institución. Después de ocho meses y antes de denunciarlos por fraude propusieron un acuerdo.
The advertising is misleading, your product does not work, I ended up in PROFECO and in Alternative Justice of the TSJDF. Hidrocell never showed up to appear in any Institution. After eight months and before denouncing them for fraud, they proposed an agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto funciona pero la instalación no se hizo bien y tuve que ir en dos ocasiones a que lo corrigieran por problemas eléctricos. La instalación la hacen en la calle no hay ningún taller. La atención es buena pero se podría mejorar el servicio.
The product works but the installation was not done well and I had to go twice to have it corrected for electrical problems. The installation is done on the street there is no workshop. The attention is good but the service could be improved.
