Atendido por sus muy desagradables y mal encarados tenderos que no tienen la mas vaga nocion de atencion al cliente y por lo visto, tampoco de hidraulica. Les deje una pequeña bomba para reparacion, me hablaron 5 dias despues diciendo que ya estaba reparada, atravesé la ciudad para recogerla y llevarme la nefasta sorpresa de que no habian podido reparar mi bomba; ademas estaba desarmada y tendria que esperar 1 hr hasta que llegara el irresponsable encargado a armarla y a que inventara alguna escusa sobre lo sucedido (y todavia querian que les pagara la revision). Por cierto, la señora que cobra se encerro en su congal y jamas dio la cara a pesar de ser ella quien me llamo para avisar que mi equipo estaba listo. Changarros y malandros de esos sobran. Tengan cuidado con sus valiosos equipos hidraulicos.
Ideal place to be scammed and scammed. Attended by its very unpleasant and ill-faced shopkeepers who do not have the vaguest notion of customer service and apparently, neither of hydraulics. I left them a small pump for repair, they spoke to me 5 days later saying that it was already repaired, I went through the city to pick it up and take the dire surprise that they had not been able to repair my pump; It was also unarmed and would have to wait 1 hr until the irresponsible person in charge arrived to assemble it and to make up some excuse about what happened (and they still wanted me to pay for the revision). By the way, the lady who charges locked herself in her congal and never showed her face despite being the one who called me to tell me that my team was ready. Changarros and thugs of those are left over. Be careful with your valuable hydraulic equipment.
