★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal recomendados, me quedaron mal con mi hora de entrega les pedí que llegaran en horario porque no quería que se estuvieran atravesando en mi evento y justo fue lo que paso, 1 hora de atraso su justificación fue que por otro cliente ellos se atrasaron, cosa que no entiendo, porque llame temprano para ver si había la posibilidad de que llegaran a las 2:00 (acordamos la entrega 2:30 a 2:45) y me dijeron que no porque ya estaba programada la entrega, obviamente entendí pero cuando dieron las 3 de la tarde y no llegaban me comunique para saber que había pasado, no tuve otra alternativa que correr al oxxo y comprar bolsas de hielo porque ya tenia mis invitados, al comentarles mi molestia y decirles que que íbamos a hacer con este gasto que me hicieron hacer por la impuntualidad solo me dijeron. Que el precio era neto por servicio a domicilio, exijo un mínimo el gasto que tuve que realizar.
Super badly recommended, they were bad with my delivery time I asked them to arrive on time because I did not want them to be crossing my event and that is what happened, 1 hour late their justification was that they were late due to another client, which I don't understand, because I called early to see if there was a possibility that they would arrive at 2:00 (we agreed to deliver from 2:30 to 2:45) and they told me no because the delivery was already scheduled, obviously I understood but when It was 3 in the afternoon and they did not arrive. I contacted them to find out what had happened. I had no other alternative than to run to the oxxo and buy bags of ice because I already had my guests, when I told them about my annoyance and told them what we were going to do with this expense. What they made me do because of being unpunctual, they only told me. That the price was net for home service, I demand a minimum expense that I had to make.
