Les falta personalidad al dirigirse con el cliente.
Las creppas pueden mejorar la presentación y no solo pasar el hershey's

Very simple frappe (They do not have whipped cream) and it is something that characterizes them. In that case, it would have been better to ask for a chocolate scrape.
They lack personality when dealing with the client.
