Compre unas zapatas y al final no era lo que quería, por que para poder verlas tenía que pagarla antes, cuando me las mostraron no coincidía con lo que necesitaba y me dijeron que ya no podrían regresarme el dinero, el argumento del Vendedor fue “es que yo no conozco el material” Exigí el cambio y lo único que obtuve fue una nota de crédito a la cual todavía me querían hacer un cargo del 20% por cancelación y la respuesta del vendedor fue “te voy a ayudar”, como si me estuviera haciendo un favor. No tienes todos los materiales de entrega inmediata y la facturación es muy lenta. Además, lo que colma mi enojo fue que para poder hacer un cobro de una factura de 5 artículos nos tardamos 1 hora y media... solo por que me urgía tuve que esperarme, pero en verdad Nada recomendable. Justo en esa misma calle hay otra eléctrica muy eficiente... busquen otras opciones amigos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta la tienda!!, era el único en mostrador, pedí un producto, muy amable el personal pero al confirmar la compra se me aviso que tendría que esperar 15 minutos en lo que llegaba de bodega, lo cual me pareció prudente, pero me tardaron 15 minutos en atenderme en caja a pesar que haber un par de señoritas adentro, y era el único que tenían que atender, después en el área de entrega, igual muy amables pero me pidieron otro 15 minutos de espera por el producto, lo cual se convirtió en mas de 1 hora!! sería bueno que la gente trabajara mas rápido o agilizaran el proceso ya que no es posible que aun sin gente tarde mas de una hora y quince minutos el proceso desde la venta hasta la entrega
