★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo asisti a un examen profesional de piano, y fue maravilloso, la escuela se ve traquila, muchos jóvenes practican con algun instrumento y otros cantan.
 I only attended a professional piano exam, and it was wonderful, the school looks quiet, many young people practice with some instrument and others sing.

Studying at the national music school was the best experience. The highest level of music education. An honor to have belonged to her. And a huge gratitude for having been part of it. I hope to convey to my granddaughter an appreciation for classical music and I hope she will be a part of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este bello edificio es uno de los dos que ocupa la Escuela Superior de Música, el otro se encuentra en el Centro Nacional de las Artes. Ambos son ejemplos de excelente arquitectura de dos épocas lejanas temporalmente.
Este edificio es un paradigma de excelente diseño y fábrica de arquitectura en ladrillo.
Construido en el primer cuarto del siglo XX, de arquitectura ecléctica de evidente influencia francesa. Tiene fachada de ladrillos aparentes, de excelente fábrica resultado de una pulida técnica de perfilado del material, con un arco ojival que remarca la entrada principal y otros más de medio punto en las terrazas y ventanas. Igualmente bueno es el trabajo de la carpintería de sus puertas y ventanas.
Aquí se imparten sobre todo las carreras de Jazz y Canto. No obstante, también comparte con el edificio que se encuentra en el CNA la impartición de materias de otras carreras.
This beautiful building is one of the two that occupies the Higher School of Music, the other is in the National Center of the Arts. Both are examples of fine architecture from two eras temporarily distant.
This building is a paradigm of excellent design and brick architecture factory.
Built in the first quarter of the 20th century, with eclectic architecture of evident French influence. It has a façade of apparent bricks, an excellent factory, the result of a polished technique of profiling the material, with a pointed arch that highlights the main entrance and others more than half a point on the terraces and windows. Equally good is the carpentry work on your doors and windows.
Here the Jazz and Singing careers are taught above all. However, it also shares with the building that is in the CNA the teaching of subjects from other careers.

The architecture of the place surrounds you with musical happiness and inspiration to keep up enjoying the place in harmony with music. It has inside the "Ángelica Morales Room" for concerts and music events. This is an incredible place in the middle of the city.
