★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité la anulación de un certificado de defunción expedido por el Hospital el día que murió mi mamá, entre el dolor mi padre hizo ese trámite y solo se confió en que todo estaba correcto, pues desde su expediente hasta los documentos que solicitaron pues corresponde con su acta y credencial de elector, total nadie se dió cuenta que los apellidos están equivocados estoy solicitando me expidan un certificado correspondiente con los apellidos a mi mamá y el jurídico dice que no puede hacer ningún cambio y pedí hablar con él director y me dijo la señorita del jurídico que el no puede arreglar esto. Solo quiero una entrevista con el director para entrarle del error que tuvo el médico al expedir un certificado médico con otros apellidos al de mi mamá.

Se pueden encontrar los distintos servicios de especialidad, traumatología, cardiología, terapia intensiva, urgencias y cualquier tipo de servicio que se requiera.
Hay que estar conscientes que sin servicios públicos y que a veces se pueden ver saturados por la gran población que atienden, por lo que es recomendable tener paciencia y ser educado al momentos de solicitar los servicios.
Los médicos y expertos del área de la salud soy muy activos y se mantienen al pendiente de los pacientes, el área de consulta está en flujo constante lo que permite la atención rápida y eficaz.
Hay área de hospitalización y las instalaciones se encuentran muy adecuadas y mantienen la higiene con la que se debe contar.
El personal encargado de las distintas áreas, las mantiene muy adecuadas, por lo que hay que evitar ser sucios y dejar desechos que deñen la imagen.
Para los foráneos, recomiendo traigan lo necesario al momento de esperar a pasar a consulta, pueden demorar un poco y será incómoda o desesperante su espera.
En general los servicios son muy buenos, especializados, las atenciones don las óptimas y se puede tener certeza que hacen todo lo posible por la vida de las personas.
Hay que recordar que los protocolos covid continúan, por lo que el uso de cubrebocas es obligatorio en todo momento y no hay que acceder a áreas que no son permitidas.
