Ademas lleve unos pantalones de piel, pregunté si tenían el procedimiento adecuado para lavarlos, me dijeron que si y aun así echaron a perder la piel. Me di cuenta hasta que llegue a mi casa, en el momento de entregarme las prendas no me comentaron nada ni se disculparon, marqué para comentar la queja y no hicieron nada al respecto.
Terrible service wear sweaters and blouses of delicate fabric, they shrunk and broke the buttons. I also wore leather pants, I asked if they had the proper procedure to wash them, they told me yes and even so they spoiled the leather. I didn't realize until I got home, at the time of delivering the clothes they didn't tell me anything or apologize, I dialed to comment on the complaint and they didn't do anything about it.
