Personal con nula preparación, no saben ni lo que venden, no saben disipar dudas sobre los productos y simplemente te dan un número de teléfono para comunicarte directamente a Hikvision. Todo distribuidor debe conocer los productos que vende, características y alcances a fin de saber orientar a sus clientes. Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar para no volver.
