★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un mal servicio de la empresa porque las tiendas no tienen gran surtido, y hay vendedores por todo el país pero no te pueden entregar las cosas ellos, entonces tienes que pagar envío como si compraras a distancia, a veces necesitas cosas muy sencillas y económicas como tornillos clavos etc., y tienes que pagar casi 500 pesos o más por el envío, es absurdo, y si vas a la sucursal, nunca tienen lo que buscas, la verdad dan lástima, hay muchas herramientas que ni siquiera las traen a México para vender, por ejemplo los cintos de plástico, solo tienen de una medida ( cuando hay una combinación de 30 medidas aproximadamente ) y los tienen concentrados en su bodega
