★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time during my stay here for business. All of the staff were very nice and extremely helpful which was even more appreciative since I have a limited Spanish vocabulary. The rooms, grounds and restaurant were clean and well maintained. The restaurant and bar staff were awesome and really helped make my stay enjoyable, not to mention ayudo a mejorar mi espanol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. The organization around this is terrible, they want to serve you the food that you choose from the buffet but there are other 10 ppl waiting as well. There's not enough staff working and is a disaster. Other than that the hotel is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were wonderful and very kind and helpful but the rooms were less than great. For a Hilton hotel I was disappointed. The pool was nice but again considering it's a Hilton hotel I expected better maintenance. For the price, I believe this hotel should be a lot better.

Friendly people and alive night life, lots of people hanging out at the restaurants close to hotel and something about roller skating late eavning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very expensive according with the service and quality. The water in the shower had not many pressure. We had a bad experience because we wanted to have a shade in the swimming pool and the hotel had no more than 8 umbrellas available for all the guests. We ended up setting in the restaurant and then they ask us to order something to be allowed to stay there.
For the same price I would rather go to another hotel. Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was wonderful and restaurant was really great. The room & furnishings were not in very good shape and badly in need of remodel. My room with "ocean view" had windows that were so in need of cleaning that I couldn't see out of them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall me and my family enjoyed the view of the sea and the access to it just right outside the main lobby across the swimming pool, it was lovely even when the days were kinda clouded.
We did however struggled with how they handle their rates ??♂️it was stupid and I did complained with front desk because they were not making any sense there so be prepared for it. We even had to listen to other guest-to-be who was apparently left without room ... So please take care of those details.
Parking lot is under the hotel and it's ok however the stairs to go up to the lobby are pretty hard to climb as every step is super high so that's a problem for elderly people as there's no lift there.
