Hilton Garden Inn Chihuahua - 31216 Chihuahua

It's in my opinion the nicest hotel in the area!!! Very clean and exelent service.

Rooms weren’t super clean. My little girl got electrocuted on the stair rails up by the pool (thankfully I was there to pull her off) and also shocked me. They just said “thanks for letting us know” and put a trash bag and a sign that said “please don’t touch” over the stair rails.

Excellent quality: super clean, innovative, modern. Huge complex with huge, awesome underground parking lot. Mini-mall within the complex makes the stay even more attractive. Delicious food and great service by all employees. Everything at a very affordable price. Definitely will return!

Our room Was dirty when we checked in, we let the front desk know and said they would talk to the housekeeping department, however the following day, they didn't show up to clean our room AT ALL!! That was a shame, beautiful hotel, bad cleaning service.

Our trip for the weekend of Sept 4, 2021 was for a special event in Chihuahua. Several in our group stayed that weekend. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was courteous and attentive, until we got to buffet breakfast. It was included in our price but we didn't go back on the second morning after our experience the first morning. It was disorganized and staff completely blamed the guests. One of the staff members wearing a red shirt actually told us if we sat at the right table we would get better service. We apologized and moved but service did not change. Buffet items were not replenished in a timely manner, and staff was running around like they didn't know what to do next. When we left one person followed me because we didn't leave a tip. I wasn't sure what he was asking for and the lady in the red shirt explained he was asking for a tip without saying those words. I was honest and told her service was less than satisfactory and walked away. It was awful! Again, we didn't go back for our "free" breakfast. It wasn't worth the grief.

The hotel staff was rude before we even checked in. We were traveling with a big party for a family wedding. The staff would not respect the wedding reservation code and proceeded to call us cheap for not wanting to pay the current rate. The manager proceeded to yell at us and wave us off the hotel as his team refunded our account since they had charged us the wrong rate. Security followed us all the way to our car to make sure we left.

Excellent hotel. Very good location; there's a small plaza and a supermarket nearby. You have all you may need very close. Attention and cleanness are very good !!!
