Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Airport - 66600 Monterrey

Benefit here is location at the airport makes early flights easier, cable just ok with a few English channels, lunch in restaurant was ok, room ok with good AC, mini fridge and safe, lots of lights and outlets by bed, will stay again, 5 min walk to terminal 2 where I got required COVID test, results in 20min, no complaints really but the weak cable, so broke out laptop to watch dish to go, barely adequate 5mb/sec wifi, or pay for high speed, nice large wood furniture with drawer and sturdy luggage area at just the right height. For Mexico it's 4 stars, minus 1pt for weak internet and mediocre cable, credit for a few hd channels which are very rare in Mx, lastly credit for 2 small bottles of water in room

Great hotel. Convenient to the Monterrey Airport. Perfectly clean room with modern decor. We will always stay here when needing a hotel at the Monterrey Airport. Customer service exceeded our expectations.

Beware of following the address using the Hilton app. I used it and it took me 20 minutes away to some dark area. Use google app instead. Other than that the hotel is great, specially if you have a really early flight.

Had an overnight layover at the airport The Hilton was easy to get to, super friendly staff... love the bar/restaurant! The staff was super friendly would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel situated right on the airport grounds. They offer free shuttle service to all the terminals. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient. Comfortable beds, surprisingly quiet given its literally at the airport. Easy 3 min walk to terminal A. ...And if it matters..the check in staff is Fluent in English

This hotel is prefect for the traveler wanting to stay across the street from the airport terminals. I will absolutely will definitely stay here again. The restaurant was OK. The wait staff were kinda hard to flag down and were rushing around. Made me think some staff had called in or something. The restaurant had run out of a couple of things on the menu. My colleagues order was wrong. Also he had asked an Old Fashion but the waiter didn't know what that was and said they only made a handful of mixed drinks. However they had everything needed to make an Old Fashion stocked in their bar. But my meal was spot on. The green chicken enchiladas were really good. My drink was a Margarita so it would have been kinda funny if they didn't know how to make one of those. Oh one funny thing did happen. I asked for an order of mexican rice as a side dish. It was not a item listed on the menu but hey I am in Mexico the chef/cook should know how to make it right, lol. I did get some rice but it was a stirfry rice heavy of the soy sauce. My colleague and i definitely got a chuckle out of that situation. Breakfast was Ok i would have preferred flour tortillas or for that matter corn tortillas along with the breakfast provided. Also they did not have orange juice in the buffet. I did not ask if they had a special order. Additionally I would have preferred a coffee carafe instead of asking for refills. Oh the lady that checked me in and checked me out was named Miriam and she was really helpful. I had wanted to print out my Covid nineteen test reults so she was able to help me het that. I wish their business printer email address would have been working but luckily Miriam was there to help me out. I also stayed on the executive level the lounge was openned it seemed ok and there was a person available to assist if you needed help organizing anything.
