Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Obispado - 64000 Monterrey

The front desk Larissa was not being very welcome at all, our water did not come out when we got our room. Definitely will be staying at a different hotel next time

There are many things I like about this hotel and many things that need to be improved. The included parking was an unexpected bonus. The location and view were very nice. The reception staff were very inviting but i ended up checking out earlier than expected due to some problems. I ended up staying just one night which was enough to enjoy the view and get a feel for the hotel. I would probably go back but only for one night as it is a bit expensive. I really liked the television with many channels available in English and Spanish. The hotel elevators are annoyingly slow which I find strange for a new property. Be careful not to get into the service elevator or you will be stuck on it for a while. They need to make it more obvious to guests which elevator is the service elevator as it is not very clear. The restaurant was great especially 24 hours and they have very affordable meals that if you do not finish you can take up to your room. Unfortunately I did not get to experience the breakfast so no comment but it did look busy in the morning so arrive early. I liked the technology in the suite but it took me forever for me to figure out the lights. I did not really enjoy the suite or think that it's worth the extra money so next time I may just take a regular room. Despite the fact that there was a coffee maker there were no coffee cups in the bedroom... And then I was not able to enjoy the breakfast... Annoyed at the situation and due to the current Hilton promotion I decided to check out early. Luckily there was a Tim Hortons nearby which was very convienent and affordable. Overall YES I would come back but next time I will choose a different room. Hopefully service continues to improve.

This is an excellent Hilton property in Monterrey. It opened about a year ago and temporarily closed due to COVID. But all of the amenities this hotel has are top notch. If you are concerned about safety in Monterrey, this hotel has security on all levels of entry. The staff are exceptional and the bar and restaurant are great as well, especially Maritza, Louis and Christian. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This hotel has great views and is very clean. The rooms are a bit small, but doable. The restaurant under-delivered daily with the same meal choices, day in and day out. The prices are also high for casual dining. I mostly order Uber Eats or went to dinner at Punto Valle for a better variety and better tasting meals. I do recommend staying here for a short night or two.

The room was clean. Cleaning ladies were super nice. $70 a night without tax. The only issue I had was with the front desk girl named Larissa. She was not friendly and not welcoming at all. I didn’t Feel like she wanted to help us. We asked her a few questions and she didn’t know the answers. I hope management put in better employees for front desk. Most likely I won’t be coming back here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. if I come to Mexico I hope to visit here again. But there are no slippers,shower robe and body shower.

Building lobby on bottom floor. Hotel lobby on the floor above. Rooms are clean. View is amazing! You can't use your Hilton app to check in remotely or use as a room key.

Just an amazing place to stay. Great views of Monterrey from every angel. Breakfast is killer and service is amazing from the great at the front doors, reception area, and the wait service extremely attentive!!! My first time here and when back in the are for business will stay again.
