★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 10 Minutes before Drop Inn. As we arrived there and saw the rooms we wasn't really feeling comfortable. The rooms and the hotel itself was a bit gloomy but fine but neither i feels bit like a garden and also the views from the rooms was a bit like in a cheap hotel looking at the backyard. They showed us another room but same, view even worser. So we decided to cancel the booking what the management didn't accepted and persist on their cancellation policies.
They want us to wait for 20 Minutes until some of their crew could find time. We decided to leave the hotel anyway and take it to account but preferred to stay five minutes away in the Marriot which will be definitely the better decision. Probably a good spot on business purposes if you want to just drop in an sleep. If you looking for a place to feel fine in holidays in my opinion there. are better options.
Pro: Nice beds, clean rooms
Con: Unflexible and not fully customer orientated Management / Service , greedy kind in our case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good choice for Tuxtla. Extra clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast buffet and a la carte choices are very well prepared. The hotel is also in a nice area, with easy access to the main roads leading into and out of town, a good choice if you want to explore near by attractions and return to a safe and nice environment after a day of adventure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They checked me into a room that was already occupied. I enter the room with my bags and there was someone in the shower and the bed and floor full of personal items. This was after midnight. Then it took another 30minutes to get into a room that was actually available. And they increased my rate by 50percent. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. Desk staff seemed bothered that we were there. Cold and impersonal - not welcoming. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Limited TV. Only one English speaking channel, poor for a US based hotel company. More channels are available here, they're just too cheap to provide them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice, there are some areas to improve. At one point, while showering, i legit thought the water had been turned off. That’s how bad the water pressure is. The A/C sounded like a helicopter was in our room. It’s a nice hotel, and maybe it was just our room. Not all too happy.
