Traveling for work is not really fun; however, staying at the Hilton Aeropuerto in CDMX is great because of people like Edgar and Maria! I really enjoy talking to them when I am at the bar or at the restaurant. Their service is amazing! It makes me feel like I am staying in a friendly place with great service!

Had a horrible experience at this hotel. No free transportation from terminal 1 to 2 as noted in the app and on the website. There was hair on the bed and when I asked for two pillows, they gave me one without a pillow cover. Could be better for a Hilton branded establishment.

I stayed here due to location. The bathroom had a horrible smell and there was water stains on the ceiling. I thought it was strange how the bellhop helped more then the front desk staff. The food was okay but once I received a detail of my requested bill I saw a daily tip which is odd that I did not have choose on if I was going to give a staff a tip or not. The good thing about my stay was the bellhops were very helpful and gave great service. I did not find it unnecessary that I needed a taxi every time I need to go out as if it was too dangerous to walk outside. I did not get to experience the bus or the subway. I do plan to visit Mexico again and would not choose this hotel or recommend and I would stay in a different area. I was charge almost $100 once I checked out and I have not idea what it was for because it is not on the detail bill received.

Breakfast was great, a really nice buffet with a nice selection of fruit and very tasty omelettes. The rooms are a little bit dated, however the convenience of being inside the airport is pretty good.

The breakfast was our favorite part of our stay! Edgar and especially Alejandra went above and beyond to make our breakfast special. The took extra care of our young children and made us feel like family. We will return, because of the service we received!

Sadly, our time at this Hilton hotel wasn’t good. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, so we cannot blame the staff. While we were sleeping, we began to notice sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We didn’t understand the source, but it was too late for us to change rooms, so we decided to put up with it and just leave as soon as we could the next morning. The smell was so bad that we didn't even take a shower the next morning, we woke up, changed, and left. The room that we stayed at was room 318. Hopefully this issue was a one-time issue at that room, and the rest of the rooms don’t have this problem. Nonetheless, we’re not going to risk staying there again. One nice thing about this hotel is that there are plenty of restaurants in the airport to choose from, and it’s extremely convenient if you need to fly out early in the morning, or if you’re arriving late at night.

I have an issue with the invoice, I left my RFC and email 3 weeks ago and hadn't get back the Invoice in my email. I've been trying to get someone at the front desk but the phone are un answered. Need someone to talk to but seems impossible. Over the facility: The rooms are little small for a Hilton, but the convenience of being inside the Airport is great. The Lobby, bar and restaurant are in really good shape. but inside the corridors are bit shady.

I want to start by saying I am Hilton Honors member. I have stayed in Hilton properties domestically and internationally over the past few years for business and pleasure. -My Wife and I had just stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cancun airport the past week. Everything was great. - We traveled all day on a plane (wearing a mask of course) to arrive at this Hilton, which is within the airport, to have a good night sleep.   We stayed here too make it easier to get to our flight the next day. - When we entered our room, the smell was a strong foul sewer stinch which was constant. I called the front desk to change rooms, but i was told that every room was like this and it was due to a sewer treatment the city does when it rains. -I found that to be quite a line, but then most people might buy this response. -They did not offer to change us to another room, which makes me believe they know this issue exists all the time. If this is the case, then THIS Hilton should not be taking reservations until this issue is corrected. -The front desk attendant sent up a staff member with a can of Lysol. They emptied half the can, we left for dinner and upon the return, the smell of sewer remained. -We were tired and exhausted. We deodorized the room the best we could, slept with a mask and woke up with sore throats.  I am almost positive other guests complained, but i could not get confirmation on this as something like this would not be confirmed as it is a service organization. -We spoke directly to Hilton Customer Care and they sincerely apologized many times and are investigating further into the matter. - My suggestion to Hilton is to send someone from corporate to inspect, evaluate and witness the condition/smell of each and every room preferably during a rainy period and correct the issues. It is not sanitary in these current times.
