Stuff is amazing, rooms are nice and clean, perfect location and very quiet. Restaurant was BIG disappointment, scrambled eggs were tasteless, medium stake was over cooked, tasteless and meat quality is bad.Fried potatos coming with burned stuff, unbelievable that HILTON kitchen SERVES FOOD LIKE THAT.

In all my years of traveling, I have never come across someone as caring, helpful, and amazing as Jonathan, the concierge. Truly unbelievable service but an amazing human being. He is one in a million. Hilton is so lucky to have him.

Very disappointed. We booked last night of our 2 weeks holiday through whole Mexico in this hotel and i was never so disappointed like here. We paid extra money for acces to the big terrace, when we arrived they told us we are not allowed to go there due to covid - so my question was why we paid extra? Why someone offered to us? Something what we can not use ?!!! My fiance was talking to someone on reception before we arrived , asking about upgrade for bigger room / apartment… they said on the phone “ yes sure all will be ready” , we came to hotel and nothing was ready, we had the room which was booked before….in the room we found 2 small waters which i found exremely ridiculous as i had to go to ask about some more water as obviously 2 little bottles are not enough in Mexico where you can not drink tap water … we visited so many hotels and it was not even Hilton but service there was much much better than here, literally that bad service and everything like was here i never had in my life. So definitely not coming again , dont recommend either… so many nicer hotels around with more skillfull staff.

Pretty nice. We stayed on the executive floor this past week in feb 2022. Diamond member upgraded to the executive floor. The room was nice but the ac either didnt work well or just couldn't make the room cold. I was already unpacked before I wanted to have to change rooms. The view is nice but large curtains a bit hard to close fully. Room had 2 small water bottles in the bathroom vs by the fridge or by the coffee. We had to request robes as the room had none. Contrary to the online description there were no shower slippers in the room. Shower head is amazing but water temperature is bit touchy .we checked in late around midnight it was easy. They were ready for us. Breakfast is really great but for the beef dish as the meat was a bit tough. Diy chilaciles we're great but a bit off the side by the eggs maker section. Lots of fruit fresh juice and delicious pastries. Overall breakfast was a highlight of the stay. We had a soup one time at night which was delicious and came with bread. Alcohol like wine is about usa prices but a beer like modelo was 60 Mex peso about 3usd which is a good price. But the wine was more expensive than expected for it being Mexico. The escalator down to the mall shops was not working, had to take the elevator. The pool is an outdoor pool on the roof top. Gym and pool looked great though we didn't use. The executive lounge was stocked with coke products, a few small water bottles and coffee. No snacks of any kind. Positive is that it was open on the weekend, the glass door remained open during our stay. We did not use the roof bar or know if it was open. Room had a safe as expected. I would stay here again but I would check if the room can get cool before I unpack.

This hotel was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and stocked. The concierge was very accommodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel had ok food(tried for breakfast and dinner, separate days), but I personally didn't like it that much and chose to order out the other days. The pool and gym on the 15th floor were really nice, but while I was there, the days I had free, it was cold or raining, so I didn't get to enjoy as much. Remember, no laundry on site, so if you want it done, you have to bring it down around 6am or 7am. It is also connected to the mall downstairs, which has various restaurants(just use your room key to get down there). Overall beautiful hotel and the bathrooms were gorgeous! Would definitely stay again!

Spent a week at the Hilton for business. The attention by all the staff was incredible (from reception, restaurant, housekeeping); they were great! The room was comfortable and spacious. Nice shopping mall here at the hotel and a nearby park ("La Mexicana") to walk around; would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton Santa Fe is where you want to stay when traveling to Mexico City. The staff is beyond inviting and will help you with anything that you need and do it in a timely fashion. All the staff is absolutely spectacular but i want to reach out and tell Pedro he is the BEST! He works the night shift!
