 my nylon labels blurred and ink smeared, I bought cotton sheets for printer and they were much better printing them at home and much cheaper

Les pedí de nuevo que la corrigieran y ni si quiera te escriben nada, no te dicen si es posible o no, solo me mandaron otra propuesta de nuevo sin las especificaciones solicitadas. Hablé por teléfono para informar del mal servicio y solo contestaron, "orele pues."
BAD customer service. I asked for labels with measurements and specifications and they sent me the proposal as they want. I asked them again to correct it and they do not even write anything to you, they do not tell you if it is possible or not, they just sent me another proposal again without the requested specifications. I spoke on the phone to report the bad service and they just answered, "Oh, pray then."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen trabajo, pero el día que fui a recoger las pulseras ni siquiera estaba abierto el local, me aventé la vueltota hasta allá, pero bueno. Al final me las mandaron sin costo por DHL y eso se los agradezco, que bueno que las pedí con tiempo. Son buenos trabajos, pero pidan con tiempo. Buen precio, por la cantidad de pulseras.
It's a good job, but the day I went to pick up the bracelets, the place was not even open, I ventured the vueltota there, but well. In the end they sent them to me free of charge by DHL and I appreciate that, good thing I asked for them in time. They are good jobs, but ask with time. Good price, for the amount of bracelets.
