★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, my 1290 has been sitting in their garage collecting dust for 5 months. It's a shame such crooks have a dealership, it makes KTM look worse than it is already. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Because of language barriers, which is understandable there may have been misunderstanding on the following; they referred me to, with address, a small shop. When I got there they had not idea that I was coming. They neither had a tube but would take 4 hrs to get. Left bike to pick up next day. I don't understand why such a large KTM dealer doesn't carry an inner tube? Then tell me it'll take 3 WEEKS to get another when I clearly told them it did not have to be OEM. SAD truly a sad reflection on KTM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought i had a good experience...but i was wrong. I dropped my bike in to have the steering bearings changed of my 1190, and the price was resonable for the amount of work involved in the job. Took them 2 days though. Very kind and very attentive overall, until i rode out of the shop. The day after i noticed a serious vibration on my front tyre, especially when hitting bumps. Turns out THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN MOST OF THE SCREWS CONCERNING THE STEERING BAR and obviously the main pivoting screw at the bottom of the steering plate. It s scary to think that these are professional mechanics and you bring your bike to these official shops thinking that you have complete trust in their experience. Wrong. I m not the kind of guy that writes bad reviews into the internet but, seriously, i believe that there should be more attention when taking care of a motorcycle in an official dealer.
