★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Nunca me dieron solución a mi problema y nada mas quieren que este gastando en refacciones que no ocupa, NADA recomendado. Solo vueltas y vueltas y tratan de escusarse cuando va uno con el problema en pie.....
Terrible service. They never gave me a solution to my problem and they just want me to be spending on spare parts that do not occupy, NOTHING recommended. They just go round and round and try to excuse themselves when one goes with the problem standing .....

Hubo algunos problemas con la confirmación del cobro a meses, pero con ayuda de HIPERLLANTAS, pudimos solucionarlo aclarando la situación también con personal del banco. Muy buen servicio. Le agradezco el apoyo me fue de gran ayuda.
A week ago I bought some tires taking advantage of the discount promotion and the months without interest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para comprar e instalar llantas, publicidad engañosa. Compré 4 llantas Bridgestone, ahí las instalaron y a los 3 días notaba un ruido extraño, habían dejado todos los birlos flojos: si, de las 4 llantas, y una de ellas estaba por salirse. A las dos semanas de haberlas comprado salí a carretera y una de las llantas se abrió al caer en un bache, acudí a la sucursal para hacer válida la garantía y me dijeron que no podían efectuar la garantía ellos ya que tienen un servicio externo de aseguradora, seguí las instrucciones y me comunique con la aseguradora la cuál solicitó las evidencias y finalmente dictaminó que efectivamente era un defecto de fábrica y aprobó la garantía, me dijeron que acudiera a la sucursal con la llanta dañada y me darían una nueva, al acudir a la sucursal se negaron a entregarme la llanta.
Terrible place to buy and install tires, misleading advertising. I bought 4 Bridgestone tires, they installed them there and after 3 days I noticed a strange noise, they had left all the studs loose: yes, of the 4 tires, and one of them was about to come off. Two weeks after I bought them I went out on the road and one of the tires opened when I fell into a pothole, I went to the branch to make the guarantee valid and they told me that they could not carry out the guarantee since they have an external insurance service , I followed the instructions and contacted the insurer which requested the evidence and finally ruled that it was indeed a factory defect and approved the warranty, they told me to go to the branch with the damaged tire and they would give me a new one, when I went to the branch refused to give me the tire.
