★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Agende con días de anticipación una clase de prueba para mi niño. Justo el día de la clase escribí para reconfirmar la cita. Llegamos y nadie sabia nada, hablé por teléfono al número al que confirmé y me tuvieron esperando primero 30 minutos, en los cuales vi que nadie usaba cubrebocas en el área de descanso. Por fin llega el instructor y me dice que tengo que esperar 40 minutos más porque no sabía que iríamos y tiene otra clase programada! Me parece de muy mal gusto que jueguen así con el tiempo de las personas, sobretodo porque yo no vivo nada cerca del lugar. No lo recomiendo, sus instructores podran ser muy buenos (según ellos mismos me dijeron) pero su trato y organización deja mucho que desear.
Terrible attention. Schedule a trial class for my child days in advance. Just the day of class I wrote to reconfirm the appointment. We arrived and no one knew anything, I spoke by phone to the number I confirmed and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes first, in which I saw that no one was wearing face masks in the rest area. Finally the instructor arrives and tells me that I have to wait 40 more minutes because I didn't know we were going and he has another class scheduled! I find it in very bad taste that they play like this with people's time, especially because I don't live anywhere near the place. I do not recommend it, their instructors could be very good (according to what they told me) but their treatment and organization leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, fui a ver a los hijos de una amiga porque quería llevar a los míos también. Los caballos están en los huesos, se ve que trabajan todo el día sin descanso. Si los caballos no quieren hacer algo los golpean. Muy mala experiencia.
Terrible, I went to see a friend's children because I wanted to take mine too. The horses are in the bones, it is seen that they work all day without rest. If the horses don't want to do something they beat them. Very bad experience.
