J	Jose German Moreno Urbina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día público, comparto mi experiencia por no decir pésima si no lo que le sigue, si realizas una cita en con estas personas te indican que debes llevar una serie de documentación para realizarte asesoría y nunca te informan nada mas, ya estando hay te dan algunas opciones dolo para intentar marearte y es real lo hacen con ese fin muy amablemente te presentan una opción de crédito inalcanzable y posteriormente te muestran una muy accesible la cual por todos los medios te quieren hacer firmar al grado que el asesor tubo que llamar a su disque gerente para realizar mas presión dándote a entender que si en ese momento no firmas pierdes según el privilegio por ser un cliente selecto, todo lo hacen con el fin de que firmes y hagas lo que ellos quieren y a mi forma de ver esta mal no puedo creer que siendo esta una gran compañía ya de años realizó ese tipo de bajeza es el único financiamiento que a tratado de hacerme esto por mi parte le doy un cero en experiencia. Termino dando el punto de que al ver que me negué a su petición inmediatamente se despidieron el asesor y el gerente y me invitaron a retirarme con un tono y gesto deplorable si piensan ir o solicitar una asesoría hagan lo con cualquier otra empresa de financiamiento yo por mi parte no vuelvo a este lugar y a mis familiares ya les informe de la experiencia tan desagradable que dan este tipo de personas. Espero les ayude esta información y eviten un mal rato. Cuando preguntas por ella te dicen que "por suerte no la destruyeron" y te citan puntualmente como si fuera culpa de uno que ellos hayan olvidado dartela. Eso es retención de documentos y es un delito. They ask you for your INE to authorize the credit, but if you don't contract it, they keep it without any kind of notification.
