★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Compré un pase JR. Las chicas fueron amables y rápido. Me dieron algunos tips sobre como ahorrar en pases y transporte. No fue la típica de querer vender por vender.
Great service. I bought a JR pass. The girls were friendly and fast. They gave me some tips on how to save on passes and transportation. It was not the typical one of wanting to sell to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio estaba un poco escéptico de la agencia, ya que en México no es muy conocida, pero nos tocó ya en Japón, ver varias sucursales en lugares turísticos muy bonitos. Con ellos adquirimos el pase del JR y el WiFi y nunca tuvimos problema alguno además que los precios que manejan son los mejores en el mercado. Ampliamente recomendable!!!
At the beginning I was a bit skeptical of the agency, since in Mexico it is not very well known, but it was our turn in Japan, to see several branches in very beautiful tourist places. With them we acquired the JR pass and the WiFi and we never had any problem besides that the prices they handle are the best in the market. Widely recommended!

Excellent service and very good service throughout. We bought the JR Pass with them and they gave us a very good price (with the best exchange rate). We also decided to rent the Pocket WiFi which was a great help to have internet in Japan. 100% recommendable!

基本的にはサービスは良いますが、旅行の手配をお願いした私じゃなく夫に現地の注意点などの話をするのはおかしくないでしょうか？はっきり言って気分が悪い。
駐在員にだけ取り繕っておけば、帯同家族は蔑ろにして良いのですね。これからもお願いする機会があるとは思いますが、人に勧めるのはやめます。

後日談として追記しますが、
夫に現地の注意点をした内容にも誤りがあり、憤りしかないです。
現地に着くまで"とある予約"はできないと夫に言っていたようですが、SNSである方が訪問1ヶ月前に予約できたと書いており、慌てて渡航日の前日に現地に直接問い合わせたところ「君たちが来る前でも予約できるよ。」と回答されました。
