★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega fue muy tarde (fecha prometida Diciembre 2020 y se realizó en Mayo 2021) nunca hubo comunicación entre cliente y la constructora. Nunca se mencionó los motivos del retraso. Aún hasta el día de ayer la construcción es lenta y aún falta la instalación de muchas cosas, los acabados son pésimos, hay alambres de luz expuestos por todos lados. El techo todo parchado y no fue lo que se entregó en los planos previos. Siento que es una inversión fuerte la que se hace y sin tomar en cuenta lo que uno tiene que poner extra para detalles y remodelaciones. El balcón se siente muy inseguro (adjunto foto). Hay muchos detalles que honestamente no pensábamos serían así. Deja mucho que desear.
Delivery was very late (promised date December 2020 and was made in May 2021) there was never communication between the client and the construction company. The reasons for the delay were never mentioned. Even until yesterday the construction is slow and many things still need to be installed, the finishes are terrible, there are light wires exposed everywhere. The roof all patched and it was not what was delivered in the previous plans. I feel that it is a strong investment that is made and without taking into account what one has to put extra for details and remodeling. The balcony feels very unsafe (photo attached). There are many details that we honestly did not think would be like this. It leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen proyecto, deficiencias de supervisión de constructora, malos acabados en algunos sitios, tema de los renders en cuanto a la compra modificaciones sin previo aviso a amenidades contra entrega, tiempos de respuesta tardíos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la propuesta de este desarrollo. Me parece que tiene mucha onda, definitivamente es un proyecto enfocado a nuevas generaciones y trae un concepto que aporta novedad e innovación. Me encantaría verlo terminado. Yo si tengo un buen feeling acerca de Historicah y si me pides mi opinión, diría que es buena inversión.

I loved the proposal of this development. It seems to me that it is very cool, it is definitely a project focused on new generations and brings a concept that brings novelty and innovation. I would love to see it finished. I do have a good feeling about Historicah and if you ask my opinion, I would say that it is a good investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proyecto se veía súper bien, hasta que nos entregaron el departamento nos dimos cuenta de la basura de edificio, acabados de muy mala calidad en todo, los renders muy alejados de la realidad, no entregaron planos de instalaciones, arquitectónicos ni de acabados, tienes que andar adivinando donde están las cosas, cableado de pésima calidad que nos ha afectado las parrillas de muchos residentes, cortos a cada rato, fugas. Las amenidades nada que ver con los renders. En fin pésima constructora
The project looked super good, until the apartment was handed over to us we realized the building garbage, very poor quality finishes in everything, the renders very far from reality, they did not deliver installation, architectural or finishing plans, you have than guessing where things are, poor quality wiring that has affected the grills of many residents, short all the time, leaks. The amenities have nothing to do with the renders. In short, terrible construction company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicación: La torre esta ubicada en una zona céntrica de la ciudad, considero que tiene un muy buen punto a favor por esto.
Servicios: Cuenta con las amenidades básicas como un salon de eventos, areas de reunión con asadores, piscina de buen tamaño.
Materiales y Construcción: He aquí donde el edificio carece de calidad. Desde las puertas de las amenidades, así como los baños, areas sociales, se observa que la constructora quizo ahorrar al máximo para obtener mayor ganancia.
Puedes observar todos estos detalles en los remates de las paredes, en los balcones, techos, estacionamiento, construcción que no llega a acabados que denoten pulcritud y seguridad. Esto preocupa porque son los detalles perceptibles, dejando en duda los de importancia como estructura y condiciones a largo plazo (No tiene más de un año de haberse entregado). Mal por la constructora y el arquitecto a cargo, así como la desarrolladora. Los dueños deberían considerar unirse para exigir que se entregue el edificio con la calidad con la cual fue vendido en preventa.
