★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes en mente un presupuesto y lo manifiestas expresamente, no esperes que te lo respeten, te harán tu presupuesto, te lo presentarán y tendrás que escoger cuáles incisos recortar..... A mi cuando me propusieron entregarme la obra con el techo sin impermeabilizar, y la cisterna sustituida por un tinaco enterrado en el piso, y el jardín sin césped, me pareció un poco demasiado sacrificio.... Son muy amables, pero los números no cuadran, y eso es más relevante, a nadie le gusta la idea de que le entreguen un presupuesto con costos de "Semilujo" y pretendan entregarte una obra con acabados de "interés social".
