 The very comfortable bed is appreciated and at breakfast the food and service surprises! In Pachuca, not even in 5-star hotels is there that personalization, only buffets. Keep in that way! Always remodel on time and advertise... !

The hotel is like the photos, modern finish with an industrial touch. The included breakfast is complete and very delicious. People super attentive and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel chico, 30 habitaciones en 5 pisos. El estilo es moderno, minimalista. Las habitaciones son amplias. Las almohadas muy confortables. Tiene aire acondicionado y una regadera amplia, con agua abundante y siempre caliente. El baño no tiene el mobiliario barato de otros hoteles. El desayuno es gourmet y está incluído en el precio. La ubicación es sumamente céntrica. La relación precio calidad es la mejor en Pachuca.
It is a small hotel, 30 rooms on 5 floors. The style is modern, minimalist. The rooms are spacious. Very comfortable pillows. It has air conditioning and a large shower, with abundant and always hot water. The bathroom does not have the cheap furniture of other hotels. Breakfast is gourmet and is included in the price. The location is extremely central. The price-quality ratio is the best in Pachuca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitación con olor a humedad ya que no se abren las ventanas. Ventanas muy sucias de suciedad de palomas, nunca salió agua caliente. Las almohadas cómodas igual que la cama aunque con olor a humedad. Regadera con sarro. Desayuno muy rico y el servicio de cocineros excelente. Estacionamiento muy pequeño y de difícil acceso.
Musty smelling room as windows don't open. Windows very dirty from pigeon dirt, hot water never came out. The comfortable pillows just like the bed although with a musty smell. Watering can with tartar. Very rich breakfast and excellent cook service. Very small parking lot and difficult to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel muy bonito, es relativamente nuevo en la ciudad y los últimos pisos tienen una excelente vista.
Cuentan con desayuno gratuito en la mañana, una sala común en la entrada y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, con pantallas muy grandes a mi parecer asemejando el tamaño de la cama al igual que el tamaño del baño.
Muy buen lugar, solo falta algo más de limpieza exterior para que los visitantes gocen de una bella experiencia mirando la ciudad.
It is a very nice hotel, it is relatively new in the city and the top floors have an excellent view.
They have free breakfast in the morning, a common room at the entrance and the rooms are of a good size, with very large screens in my opinion resembling the size of the bed as well as the size of the bathroom.
Very good place, only a little more cleaning is needed outside for visitors to enjoy a beautiful experience looking at the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was lacking when we checked in. We even called to notify we were arriving late. What really upset me about this stay is that my friend and I got accused of stealing towels when we reported that no towels were in our rooms. The main check in staff member even went upstairs to our room to verify that we weren't making it up. In addition, we booked 4 rooms with double bed preference. Not one bed was a double bed. The water pressure was low but the rooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. The redeeming feature of this property was the excellent breakfast options and overall morning breakfast service. I wish that high caliber of service trickled to all other areas of the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. What a great hotel. The king sized bed was amazingly comfortable, I just didn't want to get up in the mornings. Nice coffee maker in the room for espresso. Large fluffy bath towels. And the included breakfast---amazing. Totally gourmet and you have a choice from many options. Why can't I find a place like this everywhere?
