No te revisan temperatura, el gel desinfectante es ahí sí te da la gana te lo echas, la recepcionista es la que te saca la muestra y la que te manda correos, no entregan resultados tal y como lo prometen, ni sirve la página para revisar resultados en línea. Se ve limpio (hurra por ellos).
Terrible service. They do not check your temperature, the disinfectant gel is there if you feel like it, you take it, the receptionist is the one who takes the sample and the one who sends you emails, they do not deliver results as they promise, nor does the page serve to review results online. It looks clean (hooray for them).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy inconforme con el servicio, primero no toman la temperatura al llegar y si quieres tomas un poco de gel. Fue mi esposo antes a preguntar el costo de los estudios y le dieron un precio y a la hora que me los fui a hacer, me cobraron mas.
El lugar no estaba limpio, había basura y polvo en el piso y en el privado donde toman la muestra de sangre también sucio, alrededor del basurero, la basura estaba tirada en el piso.
La persona, un caballero, fue amable y sí tomó la muestra de sangre bien, pero la verdad no dan ganas de regresar.
Para colmo los resultados no estaban correctos, no indicaba lo que estaba fuera de rango, sospeché que no estaban bien y me los fui a hacer a otro laboratorio, que me cobraron prácticamente la tercera parte y verdaderamente complestísimos. Lo dicho, no recomiendo este lugar y no vuelvo a ir.

The place was not clean, there was garbage and dust on the floor and in the private room where they take the blood sample, it was also dirty, around the trash can, the garbage was thrown on the floor.
The person, a gentleman, was kind and did take the blood sample well, but the truth is that they do not make me want to return.
To make matters worse, the results were not correct, it did not indicate what was out of range, I suspected that they were not right and I went to have them done at another laboratory, which charged me practically a third of the amount and was truly complete. That said, I do not recommend this place and I will not go again.
